Job summary

Always Fresh Farms LLC seeks a Quality Control Inspector Supervisor to oversee all QC activities and lead the QC team to meet company standards, customer specifications, USDA grade requirements, and food safety regulations across the supply chain.

The role requires supervising QC leads and inspectors, ensuring training on specs and GMPs, and driving continuous improvement while coordinating with production, shipping, and sales. Travel to remote sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of quality assurance or quality control in fresh produce or food manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of QC Leads and Inspectors.
• Ensure inspectors are trained on specifications, USDA grading, and food safety programs.
• Conduct regular calibration exercises to ensure consistency and accuracy across inspections.
