Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee the driver fleet quality, conducting site visits for claims and Independent Contractor checks, and serving as the initial contact for insurance claims.

The role collaborates with Driver Trainers, assists with onboarding of independent contractors, and ensures timely service orders, deliveries, and meet-truck inspections across a growing network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in transportation, logistics, or related industry.
• Minimum two years' experience with appliance installation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits to assess property damage and track accordingly.
• Negotiate settlements with customers for damage.
• Organize repair plans and follow up to completion.
• Maintain communication with sales team and customers/superintendents.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new independent contractors.
• Provide training to Independent Contractors on new products.
