Job summary

Suddath is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee the driver fleet quality, conduct site visits, and coordinate claims with insurance carriers. You will lead onboarding for independent contractors, train crews on new installations, and ensure service orders stay on schedule.

The role requires strong Excel and communication skills, plus the ability to manage multiple onboarding and training initiatives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience acceptable in lieu of education.
• Minimum two years in transportation, logistics, customer service or related industry.
• Two years’ experience with appliance installation and delivery preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to read, speak and write English to complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits to assess property damage and track accordingly.
• Negotiate settlements with customers and coordinate repair plans.
• Lead onboarding and training for independent contractors.
• Maintain schedules for routes, deliveries and service orders.
• Provide on-site assistance for large installs and escalated issues.
• Collaborate with sales, superintendents and driver trainer.
