Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to guide daily production operations, optimize workflow, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. You will plan, assign, and coordinate work across shifts, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement with the team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in manufacturing. You will train new workers, document operations, and resolve issues to maintain smooth production and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns and coordinates workload across the team.
• Maintains continuity between work shifts by documenting actions and needs.
• Resolves operational or manufacturing problems.
• Ensures daily preventative maintenance takes place.
• Trains new workers as required.
• Ensures compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
• Facilitates problem solving.
