Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a quality control professional to perform and monitor a wide range of material tests in an indoor/outdoor manufacturing setting.

You will support audits, maintain QA documentation, and report findings to management, while overseeing a small team and ensuring production readiness. A high school diploma and relevant testing certifications are required, with opportunity for growth in a safety‑conscious, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control within an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and follow QA documentation and procedures.
• Willingness to participate in audits and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor daily material tests in an industrial environment.
• Oversee QA documentation and filing of reports.
• Support management with process improvements and audit readiness.
• Supervise a small team of 2–4 QC personnel.
