Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control.

• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers and CMM for inspection.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret inspection data.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications.
• Analyze inspection data and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with production teams to address issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct QC tests to identify defects or deviations from standards.
• Fabricate test samples or prototypes for evaluation purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and generate reports.
