Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Quality Control Lead to monitor inspection processes and support staff at the Shipping Dock and Repair Shop. You will lead departmental meetings, train personnel, and drive productivity improvements.

The role requires leadership, technical aptitude with SAP/Red Prairie, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Growth and development opportunities are highlighted in our culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data.
• Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's

Responsibilities

Job Overview

Compensation

• Starting hourly pay at $20.00 - $23.00/hr (Based on experience)

Physical Demands
