Lyrba USA, a sustainable and socially responsible plastics processing company, operates a new state-of-the-art food-grade PET sheet production site utilizing 100% post-consumer material as its feedstock.

Position Summary

The Quality Control Lab Technician will be responsible for testing and measuring raw materials, finished goods, and in-process quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Receiving, labeling, and storing samples for testing
• Performing tests needed for analysis and reporting
• Recording test results, maintaining equipment records, and daily work logs
• Maintaining lab supplies and equipment, including recalibration
• General housekeeping of the lab (sweeping, mopping, cleaning, trash removal)
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence preferred
• One to two years of experience in plastics manufacturing preferred
• Computer skills, especially Windows OS preferred
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
