Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support production by analyzing samples for final product and raw-material acceptability, weighing and adding additives, and correcting process upsets. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze samples and determine acceptability of final products and raw materials in accordance with the quality system.
• Weigh, prepare, and add additives into the production tank.
• Detect and perform corrective action on non-conforming products and process upsets.
• Maintain calibration of quality control equipment.
• Provide laboratory support to production operations.
• Perform ad-hoc jobs assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain inspection reports.
• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations.
