You'll work hands-on in a modern laboratory environment, using advanced analytical instruments and techniques to test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Control Lab Technician, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll work hands-on in a modern laboratory environment, using advanced analytical instruments and techniques to test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct analytical testing using instruments such as:
    • Gas Chromatography (GC)
    • High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
    • UV-Visible and Infrared Spectrophotometers
    • pH meters and other wet chemistry tools
  • Perform specialized tests including:
    • FTIR analysis
    • Residue after evaporation
    • Fluorescence and optical absorption testing
  • Interpret and document test results in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Set up and calibrate lab equipment, including daily standards and Karl Fischer titrations
  • Plan and prioritize testing for incoming samples
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Quality Management System
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Bring

  • Solid foundation in chemistry and laboratory techniques
  • Hands-on experience with wet chemistry, titration, and viscosity testing
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • (Entry-level candidates with strong academic lab experience are welcome!)
  • Associate’s degree in Science with 1+ year of industry experience
  • High school diploma with 2–3 years of recent lab experience in a chemical setting

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
