Lehigh Valley Dairy is seeking a Lab Technician to join a stable team delivering essential dairy products daily. You will apply quality control methods, set up tests, and ensure accurate data while maintaining strict food safety standards.

A 4‑day schedule with overtime opportunities supports a balanced pattern, with weekly pay and competitive benefits. Starting pay is $30.78/hour plus $0.25/hour night shift differential, with no-cost health insurance and an employer-funded pension plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education related to food science, biological science or related sciences preferred.
• 1+ year of food manufacturing, laboratory, food testing, quality assurance and or related work exp.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, etc).

Responsibilities

• Apply quality control experiences to perform tasks related to testing of products and QA programs.
• Test and inspect products at various stages of batching and production processes.
• Compile and evaluate data to determine quality and reliability of products.
• Use gauges and devices to verify conformity to standards and test results.
• Ensure products are produced and distributed to high food safety and quality standards.
