Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience in a quality control laboratory.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• MS Access, Word and Excel proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Batch approval: ensure all tests are completed and results meet specifications before next production step.
• Enter batch data into ERP including deviations and generate required paperwork.
• Identify non-conforming materials and disposition.
• Maintain lab safety and housekeeping, operate equipment calibration checks.
• Assist in training lab technicians and support ISO/Safety systems.
