The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in quality control and significant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities include managing QC departments, ensuring compliance with cGMP and ISO, and preparing performance reports for senior leadership. A competitive salary range of $70K to $85K is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality control or analytical testing.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Quality Control departments.
• Oversee QC activities including raw material and bulk testing.
• Review and approve test results before product release.
• Manage laboratory investigations for OOS and OOT results.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and present reports on QC performance and trends.
