Alcon is seeking an Operator I for Quality Control Labs on the first shift to perform manual and operational tasks, inspect and analyze products, and document results in compliance with SOPs and GxP standards.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1 year of relevant experience, and English fluency. Typical hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with minimal travel, located in Fort Worth, TX. Health benefits and ongoing training are offered.

Formación

• Fluent reading, writing, understanding and communication in English.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Work hours: First Shift 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; minimal travel.

Responsabilidades

• Handle manual or operational tasks in Quality Control Labs per guidelines.
• Operate within defined procedures with precision and technical skills.
• Inspect, test, and analyze products and raw materials to meet specifications.
• Report results and collaborate with production, engineering and QA to integrate lab results into manufacturing.
