Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Associate I, Quality Control Labs (Para-Professional & Support Path) to support business operations in the Quality Control labs. You will inspect, test, and analyze products and raw materials, report results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure lab results integrate with manufacturing processes.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, fluent English, and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading/writing in English required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality control labs or similar.
• Attention to detail and reliability for SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks in Quality Control Labs per procedures to support operations.
• Follow SOPs with limited decision-making authority and complete required training.
• Inspect, test, and analyze products and raw materials to ensure they meet specifications.
