Job summary

Alcon is seeking a QAMI Shop Floor Lead to handle complex tasks in the Quality Control Lab – Chemistry and to develop analytical methods while ensuring SOP and regulatory compliance. The role requires 2nd shift, onsite work in Fort Worth, TX, and a strong quality control background.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• English fluency in reading, writing and communication.
• 2nd Shift 1:30PM–10:00PM onsite Fort Worth, TX.
• Relocation/Sponsorship: None.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex tasks in the Quality Control Lab – Chemistry.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses and methods development.
• Ensure SOP and regulatory compliance (cGxP) and a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and QA to support lab operations.
• Integrate lab results into the manufacturing process.
