Job summary

Avantor is seeking a QC Lab Analyst for our Paris, KY facility. The role involves testing raw materials and finished products in a focused QC lab environment, following established methods and regulatory guidelines.

The position is onsite, with a 3pm–11:30pm shift, requiring at least a Bachelor’s in a science field and 1–3 years of lab experience. Proficiency with LIMS and common lab instruments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline with knowledge in biology, chemistry, or microbiology.
• 1–3 years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience with LIMS and basic lab instrumentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and non-routine chemistry and microbiology analyses to specifications.
• Operate and calibrate lab instruments (pH, conductivity, UV, KF, FTIR, titrations).
• Enter data in LIMS and review for accuracy.
• Support investigations and instrument troubleshooting as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and handle hazardous materials.
