Job summary

Avantor is seeking a QC Lab Analyst for our Paris, KY facility to perform testing of raw materials and finished products in our Quality Control Laboratory. This onsite role operates Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with duties including routine and non-routine analyses, data entry into LIMS, and adherence to compendial methods.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a science field and 1–3 years of lab experience, along with familiarity with MS Office and wet chemistry techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science discipline; biology/chemistry/microbiology preferred.
• 1–3 years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Office tools experience (Word, Excel, Access) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and non-routine chemistry and microbiology analyses to specifications.
• Operate lab equipment (pH, conductivity, UV, KF, FTIR, titrations) per procedures.
• Follow QC test methods (USP/EP/BP/JP/ACS) and EXCIPACT standards.
