Perigee Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control professional with at least 2 years of QC experience in a manufacturing setting. You will work with calipers, micrometers, go/no-go gauges and GD&T, ensuring conformance to ISO 9001 quality standards.

The role involves SPC data entry, control charts, and generating accurate reports. Strong communication, teamwork, and a disciplined approach to following procedures and completing tasks directed by the Quality Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Quality Control experience.
• Proficient with measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, drop gages, pin gages, go & no-go gages, etc).
• Familiar with GD&T drawing symbols and blueprint interpretation.
• Familiar with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001.
• Experience with SPC (statistical process controls), data entry, control charting and understanding of trends.
• Must be highly quality conscious, detail oriented.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Follow specific work, process, safety instructions and procedures.
• Able to complete control charts and process paperwork correctly and efficiently.
• Able to generate documented reports as required.
• Able to follow tasked to completion as directed by Quality Manager.
• Good communication skills and team mentality.
• Exhibit strong work ethic and attendance record.
