Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, or similar equipment.
• Experience completing quality records, inspection logs, reports, work orders, or similar documentation.
• Ability to follow work instructions, inspection requirements, and quality procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Ability to communicate clearly when something does not meet requirements.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in an active manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections to identify defects, damage, irregularities, and workmanship issues.
• Perform dimensional inspections to verify size, tolerance, and accuracy throughout processing.
• Inspect incoming material before processing begins.
• Inspect in-process material as it moves through production.
• Complete final inspections before material is released for shipment.
• Verify outsourced material meets requirements before returning to production flow.
• Inspect packaging, labeling, and order condition before customer shipment.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other inspection equipment.
• Read and follow work orders, job documentation, inspection requirements, and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, logs, and traceability documentation.
• Verify work orders are correctly documented and routed to the next operation.
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming material immediately.
• Communicate with production, shipping, and leadership to resolve quality issues.
• Help keep material moving without sacrificing inspection accuracy.
