Job summary

Dogwood Industries LLC in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector (QCI) to ensure manufacturing quality across our panelized metal buildings. The role focuses on inspecting, documenting non-conformances, and supporting the QA process in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in quality control, ability to read engineering drawings, and familiarity with inspection procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in quality control
• Minimum high school diploma or vocational degree
• Experience in steel fabrication or general construction
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and shop drawings

Responsibilities

• Identify defective or non-conforming work
• Issue reports and document resolution of non-conforming conditions
• Execute and document specific test plans
• Maintain and distribute accurate drawings and red line corrections
• Maintain quality control records, documents, and logs
• Perform incoming material inspections and vendor inspections when required
• Perform first article, visual and dimensional checks at all stages of production
• Other duties as assigned
