• 3–5 years experience in steel fabrication environment.
• Knowledge of AWS D1.1 and D1.5 welding codes.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and drawings.
• Maintain quality records with accurate detail.
• Maintain high standards in job performance.
