Job summary

WesTech is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support quality programs for fabrication of water treatment equipment. The role focuses on dimensional, weld, and coatings inspections, requiring detail orientation, organization, and strong communication. Travel to supplier sites may be 50–75%.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of inspection experience and hold an AWS Welding Inspector Certification, with knowledge of relevant welding and ASME/AWS standards. Pre-employment screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of related inspection experience.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Welding Inspector Certification.
• Knowledge: AWS D1.1, D1.2, D1.6, and ASME Section IX.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation related to fabrication inspections, coatings, and welds.
• Generate inspection reports documenting conformance to project requirements.
• Follow QC procedures and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and review quality documentation and work instructions.
• Review and ensure accuracy of inspection-related documentation.
