Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Quality Control Worker in Ashford, AL. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule. You will inspect, measure, and ensure each product meets quality standards before it leaves the facility.

The role requires 1 year of quality experience, steel-toe shoes, and basic math and computer skills. Attention to color and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. Join a safety-conscious team focused on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for quality defects, review findings with supervisors, and help decide if products meet quality standards.
• Complete quality inspection reports, record measurements, document defects, and track inspection results accurately.
• Process customer returns, verify product condition, and record returned quantities and inspection outcomes.
• Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Follow company policies, maintain accurate records, and assist with additional quality control and warehouse duties as assigned.
