Job summary

DBO, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure precast concrete products meet specifications and industry standards. The role involves inspections, testing, documentation, and audits throughout production to verify product integrity and compliance with project requirements.

You will perform daily dimensional checks, monitor material properties, and maintain accurate records. A high school diploma and strong attention to detail are required; experience in precast or heavy manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Mastery of tape measurements and blueprint reading.
• Experience in precast concrete or heavy manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of precast concrete units for dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Perform concrete and material testing in compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain complete test results and quality records.
• Identify nonconformances and assist in corrective actions.
• Promote safe work practices and proper handling of materials.
