Job summary

Mastronardi Produce in Jonestown, PA, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for the B3 night shift to ensure products meet customer specs. You will work with the QC team across shipping, receiving and production, perform inspections, and help prevent rejections.

Responsibilities include labeling accuracy, issue reporting, and training when needed. The role requires at least a year of related experience and strong English communication for a fast-paced refrigerated warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test, background check and pre-employment skills testing.
• Proficiency in English with professional communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to read and use measuring devices (scales, calipers, ruler).
• Spanish language is an asset.
• Experience in audit/inspection and software applications is valued.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets or exceeds customer specifications.
• Verify correct product is pulled and shipped to customer.
• Assist supervisor with inspections and labeling specifications.
• Flex between shipping/receiving docks and production on quality issues.
• Report exceptions to customer specifications to supervisor.
• Oversee floor operations when supervisor is unavailable.
• Remember rejection trends and apply learnings.
• Ensure packaging presents well for customers.
• Perform other quality control tasks or projects as assigned.
• Provide training when required.
