Job summary

Mastronardi Produce Ltd. in Jonestown, PA is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for the B3 Night Shift (6:00 PM–5:30 AM).

You will support the Quality Control Inspection Supervisor to verify product specifications and keep production flowing safely in a refrigerated warehouse. Responsibilities include verifying product against customer specs, pulling correct lots, labeling accuracy, and communicating issues via email or notes.

Qualifications

• 1 year college degree or 6 months of related field experience.
• Experience in the produce industry preferred.
• Must pass background checks and pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets customer specifications.
• Validate correct product is pulled and shipped.
• Assist with inspections, labeling, and non-conforming product.
• Support QC Supervisor across dock and production areas.
• Report exceptions to customer specifications.
• Provide training when required.
