Job summary

ARCH-Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector for the night shift to ensure products meet all requirements through receiving, first article, in-process, and final inspections. You will develop and maintain inspection methods, document data, and support continuous quality improvements.

Responsibilities include using a CMM, performing final inspections, and ensuring data accuracy in ERP.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, implementation and maintenance of inspection methods and records.
• Inspect products per established inspection plans.
• Document measurement data to electronic database or written plans.
• Inspect products using a CMM.
• Communicate measurement data and assist in troubleshooting out-of-spec conditions.
• Perform final inspection with accurate data collection and reporting.
• Enter data into ERP system promptly.
• Use SPC software to analyze measurement data.
• Keep inspection programs up to date with revisions.
