Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector (Entry Level) for a 12-month contract in Covington, GA. 40 hours weekly at $20–$30/hr, with 6am–2:30pm training, switching to 2nd shift (2:45pm–11:30pm).

Must have 2 years of quality experience, ability to read English, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. On-W2 contract for US citizens or GC holders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years related Quality Control experience or equivalency.
• Demonstrated human relation and communications skills.
• Ability to withstand repetitive motion and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read and comprehend English.
• 6 months related experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs visual, dimensional and functional inspections on a wide variety of products in accordance with internal procedures and Product Specifications.
• Reports non-conformances to Supervisor and discusses corrective action. Follows up to see if corrective action was effective.
• Determines whether product is acceptable or rejected, initiates rejection notices, and maintains accurate written records of the inspections performed, including the results.
• Recognizes conditions outside their specific areas of inspection which require action and refers the items to the supervisor.
• Monitors compliance to GMP in employee working areas and reports infractions to QC.
• Lead or Manager for corrective action.
• Evaluates both the product and process, making decisions on subjective visual inspections.
• Responsibilities impact product quality, productivity, and product costs.

• Other duties as applicable or assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
