Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality or manufacturing experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of Lean Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong communication, writing, and comprehension skills in English.
• Excellent time management, organization, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to train, coach, and collaborate with team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound inspections of products and materials and document results.
• Inspect outbound shipments for product count, LOT numbers, and proper documentation.
• Ensure pallet stability and overall completeness of shipments.
• Inspect production materials prior to use and completed orders for accuracy.
• Maintain Device History Records and support ISO, Lean, FDA, and OSHA compliance.
• Deliver strong customer service to internal teams, vendors, and partners.
