Qualifications

• 2+ years of related quality or manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Strong English communication, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems (Starship, ADP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound inspections of products and materials and accurately document results.
• Inspect all outbound shipments for: Correct product count, Accurate LOT numbers, Proper shipping documentation, Pallet stability and overall completeness.
• Inspect production materials prior to use.
• Inspect completed production orders for accuracy, labeling, LOT control, and pallet stability.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and Device History Records.
• Support ISO, Lean Manufacturing, FDA, and OSHA compliance requirements.
• Assist with corrective/preventive action requests and non-conformance programs.
• Conduct internal audits and provide timely reporting of quality or safety concerns.
• Ensure shipping personnel follow proper processes and protocols.
• Support lean manufacturing practices and drive quality improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, “visitor-ready” work environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal teams, vendors, and partners.
