Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience generating nonconformance reports and inspection documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI), IQC, IPQC, and FQC inspections.
• Generate inspection data sheets complying with cGMP and QMS standards.
• Document inspections and prepare article documentation and certifications.
• Review build documentation and end-item data packages.
• Create nonconformance reports for discrepancies found during inspection.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to measure precisely.
• Ensure inspection equipment is qualified and calibrated before use.
• Interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or non-conformities.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
