The role emphasizes reading technical drawings and applying welding codes in a marine/offshore or industrial setting.

The ideal candidate has experience in quality control within fabrication environments, strong documentation habits, and the ability to coordinate with project teams to drive timely inspections

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training in welding, fabrication, quality control, or related industrial discipline is a plus.
• CWI, NDT, or other quality inspection certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect fabrication, welding, and materials for quality and conformance.
• Verify dimensions, materials, and procedures.
• Maintain documentation and inspection records.
• Work with project teams to ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Identify and report non-conformances.
• Support corrective actions and follow-up inspections.
