Job summary

EPE USA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our manufacturing team in Riverside, CA. You will inspect materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities include visual and dimensional inspections, documenting results, coordinating with production to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate quality records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, work instructions and measuring tools.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools.
• Identify defects, report quality concerns, and assist with corrective actions.
• Verify products meet customer specifications and internal quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and minimize defects.
• Identify, sort, and document defective materials and products requiring rework.
• Assist with inventory counts, material verification, and proper labeling.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Support and Comply with all company policies and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
