EPE USA is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Associate to join our Riverside manufacturing team. You will inspect materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specs, using visual and dimensional checks and measurement tools.

The role emphasizes accuracy, hands-on work, and collaboration with production staff to drive quality and safety while supporting inventory and labeling tasks as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience reading specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong math and measurement ability with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools.
• Identify defects, report quality concerns, and assist with corrective actions.
• Verify products meet customer specifications and internal quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and minimize defects.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the role.

What we are looking for:

EPE USA is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help ensure our products meet quality standards and customer specifications through inspections, testing, and collaboration with production staff.

The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, enjoys working in a hands‑on manufacturing environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

What you will do:

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools.
• Identify defects, report quality concerns, and assist with corrective actions.
• Verify products meet customer specifications and internal quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and minimize defects.
• Identify, sort, and document defective materials and products requiring rework.
• Assist with inventory counts, material verification, and proper labeling.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Support and Comply with all company policies and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection preferred
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, work instructions and measuring tools
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Forklift Certification is a plus
