Qualifications

• 1–3 years of ISO 9001 quality management system experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Knowledge of GD&T, tolerances, and shop math.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel/Word/Access).

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, purchased components, parts, weldments, and finished assemblies to ensure quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain calibration logs and records in the calibration system.
• Identify discrepancies and report quality concerns to supervisors.
• Follow ISO 9001 procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
