Job summary

SQA Services seeks a Mechanical Inspector Level 2 to support source inspections at multiple supplier locations near Tulsa, OK. The role is on‑site five days a week, for 4–8 hours daily, with a focus on dimensional and visual inspections and compliant documentation.

Ideal candidates will have extensive inspector experience, GD&T proficiency, and hands‑on tool knowledge. ITAR considerations apply; transportation is reimbursed via mileage. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Quality Inspector or CMM Operator.
• Proficiency in dimensional inspection of precision tolerance parts.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with inspection tools.
• Able to interpret GD&T requirements for complex assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual, physical, and dimensional inspections per specifications.
• Perform incoming inspections from external providers.
• Verify inspection equipment detects defects and aligns with drawings.
• Review and validate First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation.
• Document non‑conformances and submit NCRs for disposition.
• Ensure proper packaging and shipping documentation.
