BD in Tempe, AZ seeks an Inspector II for Quality Control to perform inspections, tests, and environmental monitoring in the QC Laboratory. The role supports the Supervisor, manages daily workflows, and helps resolve deviations to ensure product quality.

Required is a high school diploma with 2–3 years in quality control testing or a technical/associate degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong measurement skills and attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent plus 2–3 years of quality control lab or product testing experience.
Technical/Associate degree plus 1 year of relevant testing experience.
Basic knowledge of measurement and inspection equipment; strong documentation skills.

Perform quality control inspection, testing, environmental monitoring, and calibration per procedures.
Collect, prepare, inspect and test samples using lab equipment like Instrons and gauges.
Interpret readings and document results following good documentation practices.
Review supplier documents and identify nonconforming materials.
Elevate abnormal results and support investigations and corrective actions.
Maintain inspection areas, equipment, and records; support audits.
Follow safety, regulatory, and quality system requirements.
