Job summary

Medline is seeking a Quality Control Inspector II at the Cocoran, MN distribution center to oversee quality projects, inspect materials, and document results in SAP and Excel.

Under minimal supervision, you will manage holds and recalls, perform final inspections, and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO, and 21 CFR 820/210-211. A strong eye for detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of quality control experience in a regulated setting.
• Proficiency with powered warehouse equipment and English literacy.
• Basic math skills and PC literacy, including creating NCMRs when needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply and remove holds in the system and Q-Tag.
• Assess and repackage inbound damaged goods.
• Communicate product disposition with divisional partners.
• Maintain daily reports of held stock using SAP and Excel.
• Perform line inspection and final inspections; document results.
• Support recalls, stock checks, and pedigree verification.
