Job summary

Specialty Coating Systems is seeking a Quality Control Inspector I for the 1st shift, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires reading customer specs and drawings to verify quality, and using standard tools to detect issues in incoming, in-process, and outgoing parts.

You will complete NCMRs, assist in root cause analysis with Quality/Engineering, and ensure compliance with MSP procedures while maintaining a clean, safe work environment on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficient with measurement tools and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming products against customer specifications.
• Inspect outgoing and in-process products per MSPs.
• Complete and document NCMRs for nonconforming items.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions with Quality/Engineering.
