Job summary

Medline is seeking a QC Inspector I to ensure product quality across manufacturing or distribution environments. You will inspect materials, components, and finished products, document findings, and report defects.

You will work with production teams to resolve issues and contribute to process improvements. The role requires basic math, accuracy, and the ability to operate PPE and potentially powered equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with GMP/GDP/ISO or 21 CFR 820/210-211 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products; document results and maintain records.
• Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Identify and report defects, non-conformities and deviations.
• Collaborate with production/distribution teams to address quality issues.
• Assist in development/implementation of quality control procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Assess inbound damaged goods and repackage as needed.
• Support inventory checks, recalls, deviations, relabeling and related tasks.
