Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a QC Inspector I to inspect materials, in-process items, and finished products, ensuring quality and safety per GMP/ISO standards.

This 12-hour shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) supports manufacturing or distribution environments; you will document results, identify defects, and support corrective actions. Strong attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; prior experience is not necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in hot/cold environments and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products; document results.
• Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
• Collaborate with teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and applying QC procedures and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
• May operate powered material handling equipment as needed.
