Performs receiving, fabrication, in-process, final, and return material inspections under the general supervision of the QC Manager or senior QC personnel. Verifies that products and materials including fabricated metal components, wiring assemblies, and finished electrical assemblies meet drawing requirements, specifications, workmanship standards, and customer requirements using established inspection methods, work instructions, and test procedures. Conducts standard electrical testing (120V-480V), maintains accurate documentation, creates DMRs, processes RMAs, and communicates discrepancies through established channels. This position requires strict adherence to electrical safety procedures while performing testing on equipment ranging from 120V through 480V using equipment such as Hi-Pot testers, Megger testers, load banks, multimeters, current clamps, phase rotation testers, and other electrical test equipment. Safety, quality, and compliance with established procedures, work instructions, and testing protocols are essential functions of this role.
