Qualifications

• Experience in a Quality Control, Inspection, or Manufacturing role.
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Previous manual handling experience.
• Forklift certification or experience.

Responsibilities

• Performing visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured products and components.
• Verifying products meet engineering specifications, company standards, and customer requirements.
• Identifying quality concerns and supporting corrective actions when needed.
• Accurately completing inspection records and quality documentation.
• Ensuring products are approved and ready for shipment.
• Collaborating with production teams to maintain and improve quality processes.
• Supporting a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
