Almac Group in Souderton, PA is seeking a QC Inspector Grade 1 Distribution/Labels to audit and inspect label printing and distribution activities for compliance to cGMPs, SOPs, and other quality standards. The role supports 6:30am-2:30pm shift.

Responsibilities include inspecting distribution operations against quality criteria in all environmental conditions, verifying labels prior to packaging, and checking documents and clinical material after labeling.

Almac Group is currently seeking a QC Inspector Grade 1 Distribution/ Labels for our Souderton, Pa location. The QC Inspector will audit and inspect label printing and distribution activities for compliance to cGMPs, SOPs, and other written quality standards.

6:30am-2:30pm

Essential Functions

• Perform inspection of distribution operations against established quality criteria in all environmental conditions, including 15-25C, 2-8C, and Frozen.
• Inspect and approve clinical labels against established quality criteria prior to issuance to packaging operations.
• Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material upon completion of JTL labeling activities in all environmental conditions, including 15-25C, 2-8C, and Frozen

Qualifications:

Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education/ Knowledge

Associate or Bachelor's degree with a science background

Current Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices

Required Work Experience

A minimum of 1 year working within a manufacturing, packaging or quality related position

Additional Qualifications

Communication proficiency, verbal and written

Demonstrating attention to detail skills

Attend QC Team meetings as required

Can work productively and independently with minimum supervision

Self-motivated, flexible, dependable and available for off shift weekend overtime

Excellent organizational and time management skills
