Omaha, NE Premium Ground Beef, LLC is seeking a quality-minded team member for a meat processing role. You will perform inspections, ensure product meets specifications, and enforce safety policies in a fast-paced processing facility.

The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends. Strong integrity, basic computer skills, and ability to follow detailed methods are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate properly with all levels of management and USDA.
• Must have minimal computer skills or be willing to learn company software.
• Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for up to four hours per shift.
• Must be able to move, open, and inspect plant-produced products.
• Must be able to work varying days, including weekends.
• Must be dependable with strong integrity and work ethic.
• Must understand and follow instructions and methods used in red meat processing.

Responsabilités

• Must comply with all Food Safety Quality Assurance policies and USDA regulations.
• Complete inspections to verify product meets internal and customer specifications and take appropriate actions when non-compliance is observed.
• Conduct product reviews to meet grading, packaging, and weight compliance procedures.
• Monitor team members' work and address deficiencies, reporting issues to supervisor.
• Monitor processing areas to mitigate foreign material contamination.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and proper working condition; record findings.
