Job summary

Anomatic located in New Albany, Ohio, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for the Metalizing department on the second shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm). The role ensures quality products on the production floor and supports all QC activities across processes including anodizing and metallizing.

The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing QC, basic math, and the ability to work independently with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of quality control experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• Understanding of quality control concepts and processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Able to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
• Inspection background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sample products and components according to test plan.
• Inspect for defects; gauge dimensions and record results.
• Process test parts through anodizing, assembly, deco, or metallizing and inspect for defects.
• Report defects and fill out final inspection report.
• Enter data into the SyteLine ERP system.
• Perform quality control tests as required.
• Communicate with all departments concerning acceptability of raw products and components.
• Lead activities to ensure priorities are established and goals are achieved.
• Perform other duties as needed.
