Job summary

Anomatic in New Albany, Ohio is seeking an Assembly Quality Control Inspector for the second shift to monitor the aesthetic quality of anodized parts and ensure production meets the schedule. You will document color quality, identify defects, and communicate issues to operators and leads.

The role includes packing verification, printing reports in SyteLine ERP, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The position requires color differentiation, basic math, reliable attendance, and willingness

Qualifications

• Able to differentiate colors and shades for anodized parts.
• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Familiar with quality control concepts in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attendance and reliability history.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs and stoop when necessary.
• Willingness to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document the aesthetic quality (color, visual defects) of anodized parts.
• Monitor the quantity of parts produced vs. production schedule.
• Communicate quality issues and shortages to line operators and leads.
• Provide information to incoming shift teammates.
• Ensure proper packaging per job card, including parts per box and boxes per skid.
• Meet required customer order quantities.
• Print production reports, labels, and job cards using SyteLine ERP.
• Complete data entry as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as needed.
