This role supports quality assurance during the second shift, including in-process inspection of circuit breaker cabinets, fully assembled breakers before testing, and shipping inspection. Responsibilities also include investigating test lab failures, evaluating dielectric cleanout filters, and leading quality improvement projects as directed. The position reports to the Senior Production Quality Manager and involves daily coordination on projects and actions.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process circuit breaker inspections
• Conduct shipping inspections prior to shipment
• Support production, inventory, and testing teams with quality issues
• Investigate test lab failures and provide rework guidance
• Audit manufacturing processes and ensure corrective actions
• Support disposition of non-conformities
• Facilitate resolution of shop floor problems related to supplier quality, engineering, and R&D
• Conduct training on quality concepts as needed
• Update manufacturing procedures as required

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in circuit breaker assembly
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products across various commodities
