Microspec Corporation in Peterborough, NH is seeking a Quality Control Inspector 2 for the second shift. You will perform final and in-process inspections of extruded products, using gages and vision systems to ensure conformance to specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of QA experience, preferably in ISO13485/GMP environments. Read engineering drawings, create NCRs, and support continuous improvement with the QC team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant quality experience, ISO13485/GMP preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Demonstrate initiative to improve inspection efficiency.
• Adapt inspection knowledge to varied geometries and materials.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Final Inspection for product lot release using defined inspection paperwork.
• Adapt inspection methods for prototypes, profiles, multi-lumen and thin-walled extruded tubes.
• Document non-conformances and NCRs, and perform boundary inspections to contain at-risk product.
• Start up and in-process inspection of multiple extrusion lines; report results and address non-conformances.
